Serving the Westhope area since 1901, The Standard began as a small-town newspaper and has grown into a popular community gathering place. After new ownership in 2020, the building was completely renovated, adding a cozy coffee shop in 2021 and a full menu food truck in 2025. Today, The Standard continues to blend small-town charm with new energy, offering good food, great coffee and local news all under one roof.
